Curious George!

We love Curious George!

I knew when I saw this awesome preschool pack on Curious George by Beth at Living Life Intentionally that it would be a huge hit with my boys! So I immediately bookmarked it and then printed the whole packet( I typically pick and choose which activities to print).  I reviewed it and got it ready in lapbook form and realized it is going to be awesome for JP(age 4), but I probably need something for CA(age 2 1/2) too. So off I went to searching and found this awesome Curious George Tot book for him at One Little, Two little. I also found Curious George books at the library and lots of fun games and printables at the PBS site! I also dvred all 5 episodes that will be on this week. We are super excited about our week of learning ahead of us!

Here are some snapshots and an overview of our week!

I checked out 4 Curious George books at the library. I could have checked out a ton more, but I kept it simple. :) The boys wanted to reread their favorites all week.

Both Preschool and Tot Packs

JP and CA tracing practice
JP enjoyed sorting the animals and the people.
JP worked on tracing color words.
JP thoroughly enjoyed finding which picture is different!

CA worked on shadow matching.

CA's tot pack had a color and shape book that he enjoyed.

Then Big Brother wanted the same color/shape book so I printed him one and he wanted to cut it himself. Great scissor practice!
I also remembered that we had 2 Curious George puzzles from a few years ago that were bought in the $1 Target section that were a huge hit!

He is so proud of finishing the puzzle!

We also had a lot of fun playing the graphing game in the pack!

The boys also enjoyed a daily morning snack while watching an episode of Curious George.
We had a great week exploring colors, shapes, tracing, position words, puzzles and so much fun!
